Our Adults Beach Parties are designed for effortless outdoor fun — perfect for birthdays, social gatherings, family events, community groups and casual get‑togethers. With exclusive access to our beach sports area, shaded seating, full equipment setup and optional sports co‑ordination, your group enjoys a comfortable, social and stress‑free experience.
What’s Included
- Exclusive use of the sand and adjacent grass area
- Full setup and use of equipment for: Soccer, Volleyball, Mini Tennis, Basketball, Netball, Cricket, Touch Footy
- Additional equipment: bounce balls, totem tennis
- Play tents and sand tools for younger children
- Outdoor furniture including chairs, tables, gazebos and umbrellas
- Separate seating zones for adults and kids
- Colourful cloth tablecloths provided
- Music supplied, or connect your own device via Bluetooth
- Iced water and disposable cups provided
- All other beverages must be purchased from the bar
- No beverages or food may be brought into the venue (see Food & Drinks section)
Optional Add‑On: Sports Co‑ordinator
A Sports Co‑ordinator can be added to your booking (subject to availability):
- Delivered in 2 × 30‑minute blocks
- Co‑ordinator organises and referees sports, games and mini-tournaments
Booking Fees

| More than 50 total guests | $225 per hour |
| Sports co-ordinator (optional) | $75 per hour |
Payment: Cash only on the day. No EFTPOS or credit card facilities are available. Advance notice of cancellation is appreciated.

Important Information

| Changes and Cancellations | If you need to change the number of participants or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible |
| Upon Arrival | All adults, including yourself must sign into the venue upon arrival |
| Payments | We accept cash only, no EFTPOS or credit card amenities are available to pay for your Beach Party |
| Decorations | You can bring your own party decorations, including balloons, banners or table decorations |
| Sand Rules | No food or glass permitted on the sand |
| Catering | Our venue can provide catering for your event. Please refer to our venue pages for menus and ordering information. |
| Food and Drinks | We supply iced water and cups for participants, all other beverages including soft drinks and juice must be purchased from the venue, to be brought out to the adjacent grass area during the time of your booking |
| Food and Drinks | You can supply your own celebration cake, lollies & chips (you can also bring undiluted cordial to put into our iced water containers) |
| Food and Drinks | NO other food is allowed to be brought onto the premises |
